What are the benefits of IV hydration?
IV therapy can hydrate cells faster than drinking fluids by mouth because it bypasses the digestive system. The average adult must drink at least 64 ounces glasses of water per day to maintain adequate hydration. Each drip includes one liter of fluid which can assist with your hydration goals, while simultaneously providing the necessary vitamins and nutrients your body needs.
What is recommended after receiving IV therapy?
Drink plenty of water to help flush out any cellular toxins, especially if it is your first infusion. You can resume normal activity.
What makes IV therapy better than taking traditional multivitamins?
IV therapy cuts digestion out of the equation, allowing for up to 100% bioavailability of vitamins for the body to use. Most vitamins sold over the counter contain fillers and preservatives such as added sugars, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, or titanium dioxide, which can be harmful to your health when taken in large quantities overtime.
Are vitamins more beneficial than caffeine for energy?
Increasing intake of vitamins can lead to sustainable energy and optimal cell health. High intake of caffeine can raise blood pressure, heart rate, and can cause anxiety in some people. Research also shows that higher levels of caffeine can interfere with vitamin D and calcium absorption.
